Can The Vine DC handle both design and build in one package?

Absolutely. We offer a fully integrated service—from 3D concept design to booth fabrication and on-site installation—so you get everything under one roof.

What do you show me before building the booth?

Before we build anything, we’ll show you a full 3D design proposal of your booth. You’ll be able to see the layout, colors, materials, and how everything fits—so there are no surprises on event day.

Do you fabricate the booth components in-house?

Yes. Our team of skilled craftsmen produces all custom parts in-house to ensure quality control, speed, and customisation.

Can you set up my event booth overseas?

Yes. We have executed setups in Singapore, Dubai, Germany, and more. Our global logistics partners make overseas delivery and setup smooth and reliable.

How early should we engage The Vine for an event project?

Ideally, 8 weeks minimum before your event date to allow proper planning, design, and fabrication. For urgent cases, reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
